If I go somewhere I always take my camera with me, but sometimes I go to a city (Knokke for example :P) to spot nice cars :P

Zhubanov. you got really some nice spots..

Thank you. I have question also, maybe you, dear admins, can remove my spots and I'll repost it in each car each post | resized into 800x600, cuz my 640x480 filled into 800x600 looks blurry :)

This is the right topic for your question :)

I always take my camera with me if I leave my house and most of the time it's luck. So if I see a nice car I make a picture of it

Hay,
I got question, how you guys know that you didn't spot this car already? Is there any trick, like you save reg. plate or some thing so you can just check it before you take pictures or ... ?  8)7

Some people keep a personal database of cars they've spotted in Excel of whatever. I always write down the license plate in the folder name on my computer where I store the photos. This way I can always find previously spotted cars.

It's also a good exercise for your memory to try and remember all the license plates that you've spotted ó at least the letters in the combinations, which you can easily associate with a particular model. For instance, spotter auto-moto0611 can tell you with a 99% certainty if he has ever spotted a given car or not ó and he has spotted more than 5,000 so far 8)7. I'm a bit of a license plates freak myself and I also enjoy memorizing licence plate numbers ;).

Well, i used to make an excelfile with all of the cars i have pictures from and i'd sort them by name. I gave up on that because I don't really spot cars anymore and I enjoy taking pictures of the same car multiple times on a different occasion. I also use it in the combination with Jeroens system. So I just use the system i like the most at each different moment :)

We just make pics of the car. If we already spotted it, it doesn't matter. And if we got bettter pics we re-upload the spot.

Well in Holland. Every sunday i took my car for a spin and i just take my camera with me. And if i saw something intresting i spot it or try to chase it (if it was very special did it only once tho)

But since i live in Poland. i go by foot and explore the city :+
